Established Roofing Inc 10-year Labour Warranty This limited warranty agreement, dated concerning the limited warranty. Bulding Owner:- Building Type Bullding Location Roofing System Type. Date of Completion Contract amount (including discounts or extra work). sets forth the understanding Established Roofing Inc warrants all workmanship performed by the company on your roof for a period of 10 years. We are committed to our tradition of quality roofing and service.

Our workmanship includes all roofing services provided by the company as per contract agreement dated To remove existing roofing materials if applicable and install new roofing materials. Some limitations. specified but not limited to those listed below apply. Transferability-This labor warrantv is not transferable Established Roofing Inc will have no liability under the warranty for any damages caused by Mother Nature or third parties involving but not limited to: 1. An Act of Mother Nature such as, but not limited to, special weather statements/ warnings issued by Environment Canada for the region, with force, high winds, unusually heavy snowfall, hail, lightning, ice damming, wild fires, extreme heat and any other damage caused by falling objects on and/or damaging roof.

Any other services or persons not prior approved in writing by Established Roofing Inc, 2. in accessing the roof to install or repair products such as, but not limited to chimney or skylight installation, repair or removal, installing or repairing aerials, air conditioning units, solar panels, cable service, satellite dishes, antennae, snow or moss removal. power washing, painting or spraying any substance on the roof and any other thing O Or to cause alteration or damage to roofing material or roof deck.

Any failure by the Owner, Lessee, or other occupant to use reasonable care in 3. maintaining the roof. This includes but is not limited to, failure to permit drainage of standing water, failure to ensure that the attic is venting properly, permitting more than minimal and necessary walking on the roof, allowing any coatings, chemicals or r salt to be applied to the roof or oft the underside of the roof decking, ash or fumes from any fire within or near the building, chemical plant, paper plant, fireworks and the like. Vandalism, civic commotions or act of war. Established Roofing Inc will not warrant their workmanship on any job where the invoice is not paid in full Established Roofing Inc must be notified as soon as possible of any defects and must perform or authorize any repairs to the roof or building prior to repairs being performed. While Established Roofing Inc is committed to using quality products, we cannot be responsible for material defects that are covered by the Manufactures Limited Warranty.

Whenever possible Established Roofing Inc will replace damaged roofing materials with materials of the same color and manufacturer, however because variations exist between roofing manufactured in different lots and manufacturers change colors and designs, Established Roofing Inc reserves the right to repair the roof with materials of the nearest color and design of the same or similar quality.
